Ms. Chigirinsky moved to Michigan in 2006 where she attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School for her first year of law school, then completed her law degree at Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. While at Penn State, Ms. Chigirinsky participated in the Elder Law and Consumer Protection Clinic, where she represented seniors in consumer protection proceedings, bankruptcies, debt collection, and estate planning matters.
