Scott Packman, a partner at Mavrides, Moyal, and Associates, LLP, manages the transactional practice group. He joined the firm in 2002 before obtaining his J.D. at the University of Arizona in 2004. Mr. Packman has extensive expertise in all facets of residential and commercial real estate, banking practices, and corporate formation and structure. He represents domestic and foreign investors on the sale, acquisition, leasing, and financing of many types of properties and assets and advises clients on deal structure, equity structure, 1031 exchange, due diligence, collateral underwriting and compliance. He is extremely familiar with the New York metro area real estate market and has much experience with cooperative, condominium, multi-family, and town home transactions. Mr. Packman also represents numerous entities and individual clients regarding choice, formation, operation and management relating to an array of business ventures. He currently resides in Forest Hills, NY with his wife and son.
