Mr. Sadkin joined Mavrides Moyal & Associates, LLP in August of 2008 and currently focuses on all areas of real estate law including representing buyers, sellers, and lenders on commercial and residential transactions. His areas of expertise also include small business representation, investor/partnership agreements, commercial lease agreements, and landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Sadkin began his career working at Lehman Brothers in their Global Real Estate Group (GREG) from 2005-2008. His work there focused on commercial real estate finance, including working on a wide array of commercial real estate transactions, with tasks including the review of loan documents, large loan disclosures in Commercial Mortgaged Backed Securities (CMBS) offerings, and the sales and marketing of senior loans and mezzanine debt to outside investors.
