Dean Mavrides is the founder and managing partner of Mavrides, Moyal & Associates, LLP. He graduated from New York University in 1991 and received his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1995. His practice includes counseling businesses in all areas ranging from acquisition to entity formation to the handling of daily issues. He is fluent in all areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Over the years he has represented lenders, buyers, and sellers by handling transactions involving multi-unit commercial buildings, residential homes, condominiums and cooperatives. He has extensive experience in lease agreements from both the landlord and tenant perspective. More recently he has counseled consumers with high debt in restructuring, settling or even eliminating debt and is fluent in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy. Mr. Mavrides is a member of The New York State Bar Association and is licensed to argue in front of the Eastern and Southern District of Federal Court. He currently resides in Ramsey, NJ with his wife and two children.
