Kenneth Volandes is an attorney committed to providing his clients with affordable and effective legal advice. Mr. Volandes represents clients in a broad range of real estate acquisition, sale, financing and leasing transactions for both residential and commercial properties throughout New York City and the country. Mr. Volandes' client representation includes drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, license agreements and loan documents.

Mr. Volandes has an LLM in Tax from Villanova Law School (2001), a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (2000) and a BA from Emory University (1995). He is also a proud product of the New York City public school system having graduated from the Bronx High School of Science (1991). Mr. Volandes is a member of the New York City Bar Association, an Eagle Scout, and is the former President of the St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church in downtown Manhattan.
